Strawberry Ripeness Detection Dataset

In the current agricultural sector, the development of intelligent picking and grading technology is constrained by the low efficiency and accuracy of traditional manual recognition, especially in the judgment of fruit ripeness. Existing solutions often rely on manual experience and lack systematic standards. This dataset aims to provide high-quality strawberry ripeness image data to support the effective training and application of AI models in fruit ripeness detection tasks. The dataset includes strawberry images taken under different lighting and environmental conditions, collected using professional cameras in a greenhouse environment to ensure the images are clear and representative. In terms of quality control, we implemented multiple rounds of annotation and consistency checks and invited agricultural experts to review, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the data. The data is stored in JPG format and organized by maturity stages for easy subsequent processing and analysis.
