Sanitary Napkin Product Occlusion Image Dataset

The retail e-commerce industry faces challenges such as product identification under occluded conditions, which can lead to inaccuracies in inventory management and customer experience. Existing solutions struggle with effectively recognizing products when they are partially obscured, limiting the efficiency of automated systems. This dataset aims to address the specific technical issue of product occlusion detection by providing high-quality labeled images of sanitary napkins from brands like Always, Kotex, Sofy, and Stayfree. The dataset is structured to include images captured under various occlusion scenarios, ensuring comprehensive coverage of possible real-world situations. Data was collected using high-resolution cameras in controlled environments with consistent lighting to minimize variability. Quality control measures such as multi-round annotations and expert reviews were implemented to ensure high labeling precision.
