Kitchen Appliance Touch Area Detection Dataset

The current retail e-commerce industry is facing a problem of insufficient user interaction experience, especially in the use of kitchen appliances. Traditional interaction methods cannot meet the diverse needs of users. Existing solutions mainly focus on functional design, lacking in-depth research on the actual operating environment of users. This dataset aims to help researchers and developers better understand user interaction behavior and improve the effectiveness of product design by providing detection data of kitchen appliance touch areas. The construction of the dataset adopted high-resolution cameras to shoot in actual kitchen environments. All images were annotated and consistency-checked multiple times to ensure data accuracy and reliability. Quality control measures include expert review and cross-validation among annotators to ensure high standards of the dataset. Data is stored in JPEG format, organized by category and ID for easy retrieval and use.
