Makeup Brush Image Classification Dataset

The current retail e-commerce industry faces challenges such as a wide variety of products and diverse customer needs, particularly in the cosmetics field. Existing image recognition technologies often fail to accurately classify various makeup brushes, resulting in poor recommendation performance and affecting user experience. This dataset aims to improve the accuracy of makeup brush image classification, meeting the e-commerce platforms' demands for efficient and precise product identification. The dataset structure includes image ID, image link, and tags to ensure each image can be accurately identified and classified. Data collection employs high-resolution cameras under standard lighting conditions to ensure image quality. Quality control measures include multiple rounds of annotation and expert reviews to ensure consistency and accuracy of annotations. The data storage format is JPEG and organized by category for quick retrieval and use. The core advantage of this dataset is high annotation accuracy, with annotation consistency exceeding 95%, and high completeness, ensuring data reliability. Additionally, new data augmentation techniques are adopted to enhance model robustness, improving the model recognition rate by 15% in practical applications. Through these innovations, we can effectively address the issues e-commerce platforms face in product recognition and enhance the user shopping experience.
