Circlip Detection Dataset

In the current industrial landscape, the challenge of ensuring the integrity of assembled components, such as circlips in rotating machinery, remains critical. Existing solutions often fail due to limitations in real-time detection capabilities and high false-positive rates, leading to costly production downtimes. This dataset aims to address these technical issues by providing high-quality, labeled images of circlip assemblies, thus facilitating the development of more accurate detection algorithms. The data is collected using high-resolution cameras in controlled assembly environments, ensuring consistent image quality. Quality control measures include multi-round annotations and expert reviews to guarantee labeling accuracy. Data is stored in JPEG format, organized into folders categorized by assembly type.
