Water Heater Casing Grounding Screw Detection Dataset

The current industrial sector faces safety hazards arising from improper installation of grounding screws during water heater production. Traditional manual detection is inefficient and prone to errors. Existing detection solutions usually rely on manual inspection, which may lead to missed detections and false positives. This dataset aims to assist machine learning models in the automatic detection of grounding screws through high-quality image data, improving the accuracy and efficiency of detection. Data collection is performed using industrial cameras in a standardized production environment to ensure image quality. Quality control measures include multiple rounds of annotation and expert review to ensure data accuracy. Data is stored in JPG format, organized by category for easy subsequent training and testing.
