Food Safety Regulation Kitchen Operation Specification Video Retrieval Dataset

Currently, food safety is a global focus, and the standardization of kitchen operations directly impacts food safety and quality. However, in practice, manual monitoring methods often suffer from inefficiency and poor accuracy. Therefore, relying on video retrieval technology to improve the precision and efficiency of kitchen operation supervision becomes particularly important. The construction of this dataset aims to optimize the monitoring and management of kitchen operations through standardized video data. Data collection is conducted using high-definition camera equipment in a standardized kitchen environment to ensure capturing every key operation of the entire process; Quality control is strictly implemented with multiple rounds of annotation and consistency checks, with expert review by a team with a background in food safety; The annotation team exceeds 50 people with extensive experience in operation specifications. In data preprocessing, video segmentation and action detection technologies were adopted, and the data is stored in MP4 format, organized by time and scene, effectively supporting various downstream tasks.
