Farmland Water Accumulation Monitoring Dataset

The current agricultural sector faces the issue of farmland water accumulation caused by extreme weather, posing significant risks to crops and affecting agricultural production efficiency. Existing monitoring systems largely rely on manual inspections, which are inefficient and difficult to provide real-time feedback, lacking flexibility. This dataset aims to provide high-quality image data of farmland water accumulation, addressing the technical needs for real-time monitoring and warning systems. Data collection is achieved by capturing farmland images using high-resolution cameras under different weather conditions to ensure diversity and representativeness. Expert review and multiple rounds of annotation quality control measures are adopted to ensure annotation consistency. Data is stored in JPG format, organized into a folder structure for quick access and processing. The data structure includes fields such as image ID, water accumulation level, timestamp, and shooting location, facilitating subsequent analysis and model training. The core advantage lies in the high data quality with annotation consistency above 95%. The newly introduced automated annotation technology significantly improves efficiency and reduces manual errors. This dataset is expected to enhance AI model monitoring accuracy by over 15%, advancing the process of agricultural intelligence.
