Farmer Work Scene Recognition Dataset

The current agricultural sector faces challenges of labor shortage and low production efficiency, especially lacking high-quality annotated data in the intelligent recognition of farmer work scenes. Existing solutions often rely on traditional manual annotations, leading to insufficient data volume and low annotation quality. To meet the needs of intelligent agriculture, the construction of a high-quality farmer work scene recognition dataset aims to enhance the accuracy and reliability of target detection models in practical applications. The dataset was collected by capturing work scenes in farmland using high-resolution cameras to ensure image clarity. Various weather and lighting conditions were chosen during data collection to increase data diversity. In terms of quality control, a combination of multiple rounds of annotation and expert review was used to ensure consistency and accuracy of annotations. The data is stored in JPG format, organized so that each image corresponds to its annotation information, facilitating subsequent use and analysis. The core advantage of this dataset is its high annotation accuracy of up to 95%, ensuring data consistency and completeness. Additionally, new data augmentation techniques were adopted to improve the model's generalization ability in the training process by 20%. In practical applications, this dataset helps farmers improve work scene recognition efficiency by over 30%, meeting the needs of precision agriculture.
