Floral Species Classification Dataset

The current agricultural sector faces challenges in plant disease control and biodiversity conservation. Traditional manual identification methods are inefficient and inaccurate. Existing species identification systems often rely on expert experience, lacking large-scale, high-quality data support, making it difficult to meet real-time monitoring needs. This dataset aims to address data scarcity in automated identification by providing a large number of accurately annotated flower images. The dataset structure includes fields such as image ID, species name, image link, collection location, and collection date. Data collection was carried out using high-resolution cameras in different ecological environments, ensuring the diversity and representativeness of the images. We conducted multiple rounds of annotation and expert review to ensure high annotation accuracy. All images are stored in JPG format and organized by species.
