Garden Flowers Four Seasons Begonia Recognition Image Dataset

In the fields of agriculture, forestry, and fisheries, accurate plant identification and classification are key to enhancing productivity and resource management. However, the widely used plant recognition technologies are still insufficient to address the challenges posed by seasonal changes and environmental factors. This dataset focuses on the identification of begonia across four seasons, aiming to improve the accuracy of recognition models under different seasonal and environmental conditions. Data collection was carried out using high-definition camera equipment in the field and supplemented under various climatic conditions to ensure diversity and comprehensiveness. For quality control, multiple rounds of annotation and consistency checks were conducted to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data annotation, with the annotation team consisting of experts with a botanical background. Data preprocessing includes image normalization, clarity enhancement, and background information removal, organized into a clearly categorized directory structure.
