Asparagus Agricultural Product Label Recognition Dataset

The dataset collects high-definition images of brand and origin labels on asparagus packaging to ensure effective application of AI models in supply chains. Data collection is conducted with professional photography equipment in a standardized lighting environment to ensure clear and identifiable images. Quality control involves multiple rounds of annotation and consistency checks, with final verification by experts to ensure data accuracy. Data storage is in JPG format, with a clear structure that facilitates subsequent processing and analysis.
