Throttle Body Inspection Dataset

The current industrial sector faces significant challenges in ensuring the quality and reliability of throttle body components, which are critical for engine performance. Existing solutions often lack comprehensiveness and precision, leading to misdiagnosis and increased operational costs. This dataset aims to address specific technical issues by providing high-resolution images and detailed annotations of throttle body components, thereby fulfilling the demand for more accurate and efficient inspection processes. The data was collected using high-resolution cameras in a controlled factory environment, ensuring optimal lighting and minimal noise. Quality control measures included multiple rounds of annotation, consistency checks among different annotators, and expert review to guarantee high accuracy. The dataset is organized in JPG format, with images stored in a structured directory based on component types and statuses.
